Because we value our people so highly, training of our staff has always been important. In 2016 we launched the largest training and development initiative the business has seen with the support of Breakthrough Global. The aim was to drive culture change by encouraging an entrepreneurial mindset across the business. This has been transformational, ramping confidence, innovation and engagement across the company.
The programme was awarded the accolade of Best Leadership Development Initiative at the prestigious IITD National Training Awards.
